Russian stamp with a surcharge and an overprint that consists of a radial framework with an Orthodox cross that is flanked with letters "L" and "P" with the surcharge beneath the cross.

The "L" and "P" stand for "Latwijas Paschwalde" which translates to "Latvian Autonomy". The surcharge is for 1 ruble over 25 kopecks. The stamps were issued during the occupation of Kurland by the West Russian Army under Colonel Bermondt-Avalov
