Occasion: 2005 Men's World Ice Hockey Championships, 2005, Austria

The cancel is 36 mm by 29 mm. The Czech Republic won the Gold Medal in 2005. Do not understand the reference to FLATI KLUCI in the cancel. Best I can figure out that translate to the dog breed "flat coated retriever". Why should that be on a cancel showing a hockey goalie?
