The Melfort Mustangs are a Canadian Junior A hockey team based in Melfort, Saskatchewan playing in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League from 1988 to 2022. The team played in the Northern Lights Palace. Melfort, Sask. is not near the US border so the team secretary must of been on the team bus going to a game in the US when they replied to a US customers request.
