Canada Post released a set of personalized stamps (called Picture Postage) celebrating the return of the NHL hockey Jets to the city of Winnipeg.
This stamp is from the sheet with 40 stamps. The design in the 21 stamp sheet was printed by lithography. The design in the 40 sheet stamp was laser printed. The outer circle in the laser printed stamp is much whiter.
