The picture on the stamp is from a special tournament held in 2019 to celebrate the 28th annivesary of Uzbekistan's independence. 2 Uzbekistan teams played games against a team called Premier Moscow. This team was founded by Vyacheslav Fetisov and has become a regular participant in amateur hockey tournaments. On his web site, Ice hockey on stamps, Pavel Nikiforovitch says the two players in blue are Vladimir Chernenkov and Anton Milov.
