Not sure what this cancel is for. The Viking Cup was a world ice hockey tournament in Camrose, Alberta, but I cannot find any results for 1995. Sfu could stand for Simon Fraser University that does have an ice hockey team but the school is in British Columbia, Canada. Cancel is 28 mm x 28 mm.
